Just got my new bill and mine has gone up also without notice.Looks like they raised price on basic cable and internet.I thought they had to send us notice of this.Could this be just our condo contract.This is not acceptable.antone explain this?
ReplyDeleteI called comcast they said they billed a month in advance. my contract expired on the 21st, so my argument was they billed me the current market rate before my contract expired. I was persistent and after speaking to a few different CS Reps, was able to get my bill adjusted. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteThey are suppose to call me back.Told me we were billed at a special price for the first year and now its gone up to regular price.Maybe I missed something but no one said that to me the night I signed up.I took lowest basic cable and internet with no premium channels and lowest tier on internet and still my bill went up over 10.
ReplyDeleteI have not seen my bill for the coming month but I suspect it will be higher like yours. It's our problem now since we are billed directly. Not much we can do.
ReplyDeleteGot my bill the other day and it went up by $30. Now I will be calling to see what I can drop to reduce my cost. This is great. Since moving from make m wireless my costs have gone up by $125 per month plus the $50 or so in the condo fee that was allotted for our TV.Internet service.
ReplyDeleteAnd no one has called me back from comcast.What im upset about is NO One said anything about our one year special pricing the night we signed up.We are being taken for a ride here.Someone in authority from our condo board should make the call and push the issue.I have nothing special(local channels and bottom tier internet speed) and still they raised my bill.
ReplyDeleteHow's your internet service? Mine is poor. Make'm wireless response time was better and you had someone to contact if there was a problem. I constantly get 'waiting for chache' message when I scroll and shockwave crashes frequently. I have no idea how to correct these problems. Plus the response time is putrid. It can take minutes to go from 1 website to another.
ReplyDeleteIm actually in pretty good shape since they changed my modem-router into an all in one box.My modem and router failed twice in one year so they switched me to this all in one box.My imac is also much better at speed and keeping me on the internet than my old pc laptop.
