Issue with the decks

While checking out the work on the facade I happened to look at the columns supporting the deck. the columns were twisted at the tops were the columns meet the decks on the 2 decks being worked on. I noticed that there is only 1 or maybe 2 nails that were used to attach the columns to the deck. The proper method (or building code) is to use carriage bolts to fasten the columns which also prevents them from twisting. I pointed this out to our condo board president. He mentioned that he will have it checked out.

Facade Project

The project to correct the window leaks has begun. The contractors started to remove the siding from some of the units. Attached are pictures of the windows after the siding was removed. The crew is removing the siding and applying water proof membrane to protect the walls from the weather temporarily since there's rain the the forecast for tonight. I will continue to follow the crew and record the progress.
